Theodore R. Larsen

As an Idaho native, Mr. Larsen enjoys the challenge of a small town, general practice. Mr. Larsen joined the firm in 2010. Since joining, his practice has expanded rapidly to include criminal prosecution for the City of Jerome as well as criminal defense in the surrounding counties of the Fifth Judicial District. Mr. Larsen has conducted numerous jury trials to successful verdicts. In addition, Mr. Larsen represents a diverse clientele in civil litigation. Mr. Larsen’s civil litigation experience includes representing clients in employment discrimination claims before the Idaho Human Rights Commission and in the Federal District Court of the District of Idaho. Mr. Larsen also has significant experience in unemployment determination appeals. In addition to employment law, Mr. Larsen also concentrates his practice on commercial and real property litigation. Mr. Larsen has handled multiple easement and other real property disputes. In addition to litigation and employment law, Mr. Larsen is rapidly developing a transactional practice involving real estate and other commercial and business matters. With a diverse experience and bi-lingual capabilities, Mr. Larsen is well equipped to serve the needs of an ever more diverse population and looks forward to many years serving the people of the Magic Valley.
