James C. Meservy

Born on a farm and growing up in Dietrich, rural Lincoln County, instilled a work ethic and time honored, traditional values. Hard work and integrity has allowed Jim to be successful in the practice of law and respected in the legal community and the area in which he lives.  Jim graduated from the University of Idaho with a  B.S. degree and a doctor of jurisprudence.  He has served as past Commissioner and President of the Idaho State Bar.  Jim has been asked to serve on the advisory board of the University of Idaho College of Law.  With over 35 years’ experience in litigation, family law, wills and estates, personal injury and wrongful death and other matters, he is well versed and experienced to handle the legal needs of his clients.
