Kimberly L. Williams

Kimberly L. Williams has extensive experience in civil litigation, including employment law and personal injury.  Ms. Williams has extended her practice to include estate planning, business transactions, and zoning and permitting.  She is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.S. 1995), and Creighton University School of Law (J.D. 2010, magna cum laude).  Prior to joining Williams, Meservy & Lothspeich, LLP she practiced at civil litigation law firms in Boise, Idaho and Omaha, Nebraska.  Ms. Williams is admitted to practice in all Idaho state courts and US District Court for the District of Idaho.  She and her husband Matt are the proud parents of three sons.  In addition to being involved in their church and community, they spend a great deal of their free time watching their boys participate in athletic endeavors.
